Create your first video from a listing URL
Paste a property URL and walk through the wizard: format, tempo, audio, branding, script, render. Your first video is ready in about five minutes.
Sign in and paste your listing URL
Sign in to Nanopixo. On the dashboard, paste your property listing URL into the input and click Generate. Nanopixo opens the page, extracts the photos and text, and creates a new project.
If your listing is behind a login or blocks automated extraction, use the Chrome extension instead. It grabs photos directly from the page in your browser.
Check the details and the photos
Nanopixo shows you what it found. Check the details came across correctly, then deselect any photo that does not belong in the video. If you have extra shots the listing page never carried, of the street or the view, upload them here. Then click Create video.

Choose the format and the tempo
Vertical 9:16 for Instagram, TikTok, stories and reels. Horizontal 16:9 for YouTube, LinkedIn, your website and the Facebook feed. Then pick the pace: Tour, Quick Highlights or Hyper. Tempo, audio and atmosphere explains what each one is for.
Set the audio and the look
Subtitles on or off, a voice-over language and voice, a background track, and an atmosphere style if the photos need lifting. Everything here can be previewed before you commit to it.
Add your branding
First video? Fill in your profile and upload your logo now. It takes two minutes and every video after this one inherits it. Then choose how this one closes, on your agency, on you, or on a frame of your own design. See branding and end frame.
Check the script
The second to last step lays the video out scene by scene, with the text that belongs to each one. Reorder, rewrite, or translate the whole script into another language. On portrait video this is also where landscape photos are rebuilt for 9:16. See editing the script and vertical photo optimization.
Render, then share or download
Click Render my video. Most videos are ready in 3 to 8 minutes depending on length and settings. You can close the tab, Nanopixo emails you when it is done.
Once your video is ready, you have three options: download the MP4 to use anywhere, publish directly to a connected social account, or copy a shareable link to send via WhatsApp, email, or your CRM.
